SO GLITCHY – CTBI Mobile Review

App works fine typically, but occasionally refuses to start up or locks me out when I am 100% sure I am entering the correct username and password. Have to call the 800 number, they always say to delete and download again. And if you lock yourself out in a Sat afternoon or Sun you have no recourse until Monday morning. Needs improvement.
