Can’t access business account – Google Device Policy Review

This isn’t working properly and I don’t know what to do to fix the issues. I can’t access our business email accounts because it keeps requesting an updated policy which was done. The message prompts me to notify the admin but we are the owners of the business ( the admins). We need to access our business emails. Please fix this issue and assist us with getting into our account
