There MUST be additional steps that aren’t being explained. It’s telling me to go to my phone’s settings to download, when I try to install my profile. But it's already installed. There is obviously something not communicating on the back-end or there are missing steps for the user. Now this keeps telling me to download the latest version over and over and over again, and directs me to the App Store, but there are no updates.

I downloaded this on a tablet and my phone just to know it won’t let me access any of my work from Google Drive! I got into the app, and I saw a slash across an IPad. With that I’m assuming that I wasted my time twice just to know the devices I tried to use don’t work!

Tells me to find the profile in Settings. Can’t find it. Nowhere to be seen.

This has to be made rainier. Allow simple log in for the people that do not havesensitive info and lot others require higher level of security. Or just use finger print or Face ID. Banks have it right, username password then text.

Warning app goes into infinite loop if you try and use Chrome rendering the UI useless. DOESN'T WORK..

I was asked to install this app for work and when I realized that it was for protecting work related products installed on my mobile I choose not to complete the install as I don’t have anything work related attached and now I cannot get the pop up screen to install to stop loading. The address that it tells you to go to for removing/deleting the app is nonexistent.

This stupid app wont leave my phone no matter what I do!?! I don't even have you downloaded anymore and the “update google device” crap keeps popping up whenever I want to use my phone. Leave me alone!!!!!

Constantly says it needs to be updated when it doesn’t. Pop ups for no reason. You can just uninstall it, but somehow it still has pop ups even when it’s no longer on your device. Google offers no support. I’ve often contemplated suicide because of this device.
