Urgent, How to get Support. Gone from Home screen – File Manager Pro App Review

It worked well for a good while. But app icon (and the folder it was in) is gone from iPad screens. I can open it from App Store. How to put it back on screens? There is no support tab in web site. If this deficiency solved deserves 4 star or more.
