Pointless app. – AT&T Mark the Spot Review

After having this app downloaded for approximately two years and reporting my own house for both data AND WiFi at least 2x a month, I’ve come to the conclusion that AT&T probably doesn’t read these reports or actually care about their bad coverage areas - it seems more like something AT&T created to give their customers the illusion of good customer service. I’ve only held on to their service for as long as I have because I was under the impression they were actually listening to customer’s complaints and concerns. Even Boost Mobile gets better service than AT&T does in my area... and I don’t live out in the sticks... I live in the greater metropolitan area of Houston, Texas. It’s pretty sad when a company with one of the most expensive mobile plans is outperformed by a cheap, prepaid cellular service company. It’s even sadder when that cheap cellular service performs much faster than AT&T’s own WiFi here.
