Does not work – RYOBI™ Phone Works™ Review

I am trying to activate an inspection scope. I followed the directions to set up a Ryobi Home Works account. When I selected the create button, it blinked, but nothing else happened. I have tried again several times, tried the forgot your password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It simply collects your email but does nothing else. I am not going to buy Ryobi tools again. I will go back to DeWalt and Milwaukee.
