Can’t Create An Account – Draw Pad Pro 2 Review

I can’t create an account to even get to draw or anything. I used my iPhone 11, iOS 13.1.2. I also tried my iPad Air 2, iOS 13.1.2.1, same message “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I thought I used it before with a different iOS and tried what I thought was my password but got the same message. So I tried forgot my password and received no email. It doesn’t work now. I paid for this app! Can I get my money back?
