Can’t Create An Account

I can’t create an account to even get to draw or anything. I used my iPhone 11, iOS 13.1.2. I also tried my iPad Air 2, iOS 13.1.2.1, same message “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I thought I used it before with a different iOS and tried what I thought was my password but got the same message. So I tried forgot my password and received no email. It doesn’t work now. I paid for this app! Can I get my money back?

I downloaded this app as part of a bundle. I keep getting a prompt saying my information does not work because it is not in the correct format. The App Support doesn’t work. Scam likely, don’t download.

The best coloring and drawing app I have downloaded this is a gem in the AppStore a real classic!

It's a pretty good app, not bad really. But I'm wondering, where the bloody hell is the eraser? It's pretty much the most important part in all digital apps. I like but please next update ERASERS PLEASE!!! Not some undo or redo button. There's this bug (I think) that little single dot I accidentally drew would NOT go away even with the undo and redo.

I do quite enjoy using this, and it is a great app. Only for some reason it won't let me resize the tools/brushes/etc. So that's a bit frustrating, other than that fantastic app, love it.

I think that if we can take photos from our library to draw on it would be great. Because I'm not that good of an artist I sometimes need a base ? so I could just save the base then draw on the base. It would help me out a lot. Otherwise I really like this app. Though the undo button can be pretty annoying because it doesn't work when I really need it. So maybe a basic eraser would be great. And if you could let people adjust the size of all of the drawing tools would help A LOT. I like what I've made in this app but it is really hard to do well with it. I don't want to search for another app so please fix this one.
