Sound doesn’t correspond with ? – Teleprompter & Captions, BIGVU Review

I’m not sure if it’s my poor technical skills or free version of this app. But the bottom line the video doesn’t synchronize with lips movement which makes this app unusable. I would appreciate a feedback with guidelines. Maybe I’m doing something wrong???‍♀️
