Love this app but can’t use my Sure MV88 for iOS with it. Why?

It was great until my subscription renewed and not the sound won’t record or I’ll do an entire video and it won’t save.

Processing videos with the upgrade is ridiculously slow

The app works well for teleprompter and videos, however if you do any type of styling to the video the time to actually process the video is unreal. It wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have to sit there while it processes and keep my phone from going to sleep, because if it does then the progress is lost and I have to start over completely. Way too time consuming. Canceled subscription for this reason only.

I’m not sure if it’s my poor technical skills or free version of this app. But the bottom line the video doesn’t synchronize with lips movement which makes this app unusable. I would appreciate a feedback with guidelines. Maybe I’m doing something wrong???‍♀️

Need help and can’t get a response

In theory...this app is amazing. However, I recorded several videos and they will not upload off my phone rendering this purchase useless. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps then contacted customer support 3 times with no reply. Want to like this product, but “in theory” doesn’t help my business.

Voice lag and doesn’t sync

Used it a few times and was working well. When I recorded my final few takes, my voice doesn’t sync with my mouth.
