TERRIBLE – Station Casinos – Las Vegas Review

Not a frequent SC visitor, but knew I had an account. Decided to download and login so I could get the boarding pass discount at Feast Buffet. When I presented the digital boarding pass, a very rude lady at the counter informed me “We don’t do that here.” When I asked what the app was for, all she said was “I don’t know” and proceeded to tell me that they have to have a physical card to swipe. I asked about inputting my card number manually to which she also said they could not do it. Incredible that a company worth literally billions of dollars can’t seem to make an intelligent app with a digital offering of their rewards program. Shame on you Stations Casinos for making an app that technologically is embarrassingly behind the times.
