Needs some TLC – Amex Business Review

Well, it at least beats the alternative of using Excel or something. But it’s clunky. Response times are slow. Too many clicks required to complete tasks (why must we click Attach, then Done, then Arrow Left just to complete an entry?). Makes me wonder if the good folks at Amex actually use their own app.
