Laundry bag disappeared – ByNext - Home Help, Delivered Review

When they came to pick up my laundry the person who did said it was ok for me to put my entire laundry bag in theirs. When the laundry was delivered the bag was nowhere to be seen, and luckily for me in their customer support they say they are not accountable for lost laundry bags that are not theirs :) lucky me...
