Level 2-1 is impossible – Jelly Roll Review

Level 2-1 is impossible to beat. Can someone tell me how to beat level 2-1? Also, the app stops the iPod music from playing when the app is opened. Please add the ability to play music from the iPod while playing the videogame. Thanks
