Warning! Never use Cleanly – ByNext - Home Help, Delivered Review

WARNING: Never use this service. Seriously, never. I've been using this service for some time, until yesterday, when I received my beautiful silk dress (or at least it was beautiful before Cleanly "washed" it), my silk shirts, my coat and many other shirts and pants, which were all WASHED and FOLDED (they weren't even folded, they were literally crumpled in a plastic bag). My dress and my shirt are ruined forever, and the customer service doesn't even take into an account that it was their responsibility. After the long email thread with some of their extremely unprofessional staff (Geve, Micah and Constance), they decided to blame me for that. No refunds, no reimbursements, nothing, even no excuses. If you ever want to ruin your expensive items forever, Cleanly is your go-to.
