Horrible customer service – Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels Review

I’ve been using this app for two years now and flights are frequently cancelled. Trip fails to take responsibility for this. Especially if you have booked hotels through them. They simply say it isn’t their fault and the customer who trusted them ends up losing out and money. I’ve lost in on thousands of dollars using this horrible app.
