please fix/update – mophie Power Review

since i switched phones , my notifications aren’t showing up on my home screen! i’ve tried EVERYTHING & my notifications are set through the MOPHIE app & my phone settings..iphone XS MAX ; please help! iLove to know how much battery percentage ihave through the MOPHIE app. thX yu....it was working fine until iswitched phones recently!!! :(
