Doesn’t work and poor customer service – AnkiMobile Flashcards Review

I use anki on my computer every day, so I decided to download it on my phone (paid $27). After syncing with my online account, none of my decks are showing up on the app. I emailed customer service days ago asking for help with the issue or a refund, and they never responded. Don’t waste your money.
