Unable to get help! – InstaGrids - Insta grid maker Review

I have been trying to use InstaGrids after a few weeks of not using. I am able to open the app fine, select photo and grid option. However, after that it goes nowhere. I try and try to get app support to help, without any luck. Very frustrating. Terrible service and NO help whatsoever!! ???
