App closes upon Save. – Contacts Cleaner (Remove Duplicate Contacts) Review

Every time I attempt to save the merged contact, the app closes and doesn't save. It will eventually merge the contact after about 7 attempts. This is ridiculous if it's supposed to be a simple tool. I want my money back. I have over 2000 contacts, and just over 400 duplicates. I need an app that is NOT going to take me 30 minutes per merge to merge a contact.
