Glitches – 2 File UI Review

The responsiveness of this app is very slow. There have been numerous times that I tried to open a selection and nothing happens, even if I wait 10-15 minutes. I have to log out and log back in frequently to be able to access important areas. Also needs to link to previous weekly recert.
