Horrible experience. Was not informed that license check take multiple days – Maven – Car Sharing Review

I registered on the app a while ago. Today, I reserved a trip successfully, traveled to the pick up place, only to learn that my trip was cancelled. When I called, I was told that the trip was cancelled because my license check will take two days, and they don’t run license checks until you reserve the first trip. I was not informed of that anywhere before I started reserving.
