VIP subscription was supposed to allow two devices. After the first month, my subscription on my iPad won’t be renewed, when I tried to buy, it said I was already a current subscriber. I have tried re-installing the app on my iPad; also tried deleting the app on my iPhone. I sent an email for help. No responses. Nothing worked so far. Very disappointing product.
