Deleted. Can’t find account. Says there’s an account. – PayIt Kansas Review

Can’t create a new account. My Ktag account is set up with a user name not my email. I had a past ktag, but no longer own the car. I ordered a new ktag for this car. It keeps saying there’s already an account. Deleted, but it’s a great concept if it worked.
