After reading reviews, I was hesitant but it works well. First you need to sign up on app as New and then you can link your account using your username you already created online. Hope this helps.
Deleted. Can’t find account. Says there’s an account.

Can’t create a new account. My Ktag account is set up with a user name not my email. I had a past ktag, but no longer own the car. I ordered a new ktag for this car. It keeps saying there’s already an account. Deleted, but it’s a great concept if it worked.

First off, this app doesn’t let you login under MyKTAG which is all I want to do. Instead you have to figure out the login and get locked out of your account for repeated attempts. Second: I don’t want to to use PayIt so stop making me use that login to see myKTAG. The app is clunky. The interface is misleading. Finally: I am giving the developers the opportunity to create a login for PayIt AND a separate login for myKTAG. Then make it so you can stay signed in for a unlimited amount of time or set a reasonable value like 48 hours. TouchID and or face recognition would also be nice to avoid the password hell the app has now. Otherwise I will delete the app and share the failure of this app on social media for my friends and family to avoid this app. We can access the myKTAG from the browser. So why are we using this app? Please fix this app. The possibilities of making this app better and worth installing are there. It’s up to the developers to get this app closer the functionality of apps looking at 2020 not 2015.

App will not let me login. It also keeps crashing. Kansas needs more competent tech people. A three year old could write a better app

Since you are viewing this on an Apple device, you will find this app does not function in any manner. You need to link it to your established KTAG account and it will not do that. If you have an iPhone, the keyboard will cover the area that needs to be typed in. Yes I reported it. The link will not sync the accounts. No, KTAG has not answered my error report and request for assistance. Classic admin by the Brokeback government.

Not possible to login. Login have username and password, but app want email, and tell : user not found.... please fix this.

Really? You have a app that won’t work with iPhones or Apple products. Totally incompetent on the part of state and developers.
