Receipts disappear – Amex Business Review

Some receipts that are uploaded from the app disappear after matching the receipt. I’ve contacted AMEX over 2 months ago many times and they are still trying to find a solution. Please fix this issue. They are advertising to keep the receipts stored for 7 years.
