This made my job harder to shoot, very frustrating – PromptSmart Pro - Teleprompter Review

I consider myself pretty tech savvy, And I was very excited about this product because it claimed to automatically scroll with my speech. I’m thinking game changer! Downloaded the demo, worked fine. Then I bought the pro version... Text reader would skip multiple lines, or not move at all, this feels like a beta. Very frustrating.
