Too Expensive & Customer Service Poor – My Verizon Review

My bill is too high. My service is not so great. I was in East Texas and didn’t have service for about an hour. Verizon raves about it’s coverage but for the amount of money spent, I do not see it why Verizon is so great. Charges were not removed from my phone as promised.
