Doesn’t even work. – Black Theme Art HD Wallpapers: "Best Only" Gallery Collection of Artworks Review

If I could rate lower than a one star, I would. I don’t understand having a wallpaper app that doesn’t allow you to make it into your own wallpaper. Just as the other review says, the wallpaper doesn’t show up on any album whenever you select the download button. Total waste of my time, money, and effort. Do yourselves a favor and do not download this app.
