Why is there an App Icon – Taffy Cat in Love – Emoji & Stickers Review

Why is there an app icon on my phone? I remove it and there are no iMessage stickers/emoji. I’ve tried contacting the developer and there isn’t any valid contact info, I’ve requested apple for refund
