Frustrating, non responsive – SleepIQ Review

I constantly have problems with the app not connecting to the WiFi, so it won’t respond. Everything else in the house has no trouble with the WiFi, except the bed app. And I never even unboxed the physical remote, I knew I’d never use it, so I have to keep waiting for it to connect, resetting my phone, the box under the bed, etc, and it always happens most when I want to flatten the bed to go to sleep. I don’t know what the problem is and customer service hasn’t been helpful. Additionally, instead of actually raising or lowering the bed in a smooth motion when I hold down the button, it will only move it for about three seconds and then quit responding. So I have to keep pressing, stop pressing, pressing, stop pressing, pressing again, etc, because the bed quits responding to the app when I’m trying to adjust the bed. It’s frustrating, but at least the bed is comfortable. The app is a great tool, I just wish it would work.
