Horrible Customer Service – JUMP – by Uber Review

They charged me $55 for a 30 minute ride because when I attempted to end my ride and it wasn't working I simply left it at the site with other scooters, thinking it'd work automatically. It's been a month now and I haven't gotten a response from customer service. Don't waste your time use Bird scooters.
