Really bad! – iDMSS Plus Review

Whatever the opposite of “user friendly” is, this app is it. Everything has more steps than should be necessary making any little thing I want to do on this app confusing and tedious. Even my IT guy struggled. The most ridiculous part is video playback. You can’t effectively search for a specific event if you don’t have the exact time. You have to sit there and wait as the video is played back at only 8x speed hoping to catch whatever it is you want to see. BIG waste of my time!
