stop recommending videos i already watched – YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream Review

please stop recommending videos i’ve already watched and videos i have label as the ones i am not interested in watching. I have had the same video come on my recommended page for a week and every time it’s there i make sure to label it as a video i’m not interested in and sure enough when i refresh it’s still there. this very annoying so please work on it.
