I can't watch YouTube on the app only on safari – YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream Review

Looooook up there is my rating plez fix Plez pretty plez I am mad I deleted it because of that but I can't redownload it ?????? cuz my friend likes cats but I'm still mad at youtube and it says I still have the app and it is taking up space somehow if u could do half I would two and a half sorry if u "luv" the game Cuz I did
