Won’t let me submit feedback about a broken bike – JUMP – by Uber Review

Took a bike out, there was no electric assist. Locked it, got charged. Tried to report a broken bike, the Submit button is inactive despite me providing all the information. Not impressed! The service is good when all is well though.
