This app is the closest site to having a real live “Personal Mentor” I have ever experienced! Getting the Notifications is very helpful. Especially when my resolve is waning and I am tired. So many components that are filled with intuitive answers to questions I haven’t even asked yet? What an encouragement to have by my side!
