Horrible Customer Service – Shake It! Hookup App & Dating Review

*Updated review. To send and receive messages or “unlock unlimited access” you must pay for a subscription. So after upgrading to a one month subscription, you’d think the claim of “Access to Unlimited App Features” would mean exactly that. It doesn’t. One app feature is to send a flirt. Let someone know you checked their profile and want to see if they’ll respond. The “Flirt” feature isn’t unlimited. When I submitted a “support ticket” asking about this, the rep (Carol Martinez) explained nothing; Only replied with “why send a flirt when you can message.” She didn’t explain how that app feature isn’t truly an unlimited feature, for anyone! I don’t think it’s up to them to determine how we use the app features to initiate contact with other members. After one day of a 30 subscription, I said if the membership isn’t truly unlimited access to app features, refund my subscription. NOPE. ACCOUNT BLOCKED.
