How do you get banned and not even play? – Frost & Flame: King of Avalon Review

I am really angry! I downloaded this game yesterday and played for thirty minutes then it froze so I left the game 24 hours later go to play and it says I’m perma banned. Dudes you need to seriously check your system because I assume I am not the only one this is happening to. I’m done with the pay to play crap that eats your time and money then Ban you for playing? Did not even learn enough about the game to play how could I get a perma ban? I didn’t need supports week later help.... I deleted the Game! Who needs that bull in their life? Make money off somebody that will put up with that mess.
