When contacting the chat for help with a training struggle, 3 suggestions were made and then ended with, you should contact a local trainer in your area for more help. So I found the method of training to be rather rigid not very flexible for dogs who struggle with certain concepts. The clicker is great, dog responds well to it most of the time.
