Unclear if they are still providing customer support – JUMP – by Uber Review

I was charged FIFTY DOLLARS for a 3 block ride even though I locked my bike and opened a support ticket immediately after because I noticed I was still being charged. It’s been 4 days and they haven’t responded to any of my questions.
