False advertising – Lyft Review

I’ve been using lyft for some time now pretty frequently. Lots of times when I go from one city to another I run into an issue. They’ll tell me one amount then the next day it’s significantly higher than the number they stated often being $25+ more than the advertised amount. I’ve repeatedly had to dispute charges and write emails to support . Who wants to walk in to something thinking it’ll be okay then have the rug snatched from beneath you? Not me. I rate a 3 simply because they do provide a vital service. If this issue gets fixed then it’d be okay besides the occasional creepy driver.
