No customer service on the app—VERY BAD – Lyft Review

I tried to reach customer service to let them know my time had changed on the outbound to the airport and there was no way to do this that I could find it easily… I was sorely disappointed in the Lyft App for being so difficult it ended up charging me more because I couldn’t figure it out. Also there’s no contact to reach a live person and that’s really bad!
