Mindvalley Courses – Mindvalley: Self Improvement Review

I find courses are of top quality and I am thankful. I am often confused as to what is the actual course or preparation for the course. I feel like I am risking my time and money since I am not sure I am in the course or is it preparation for the course and has it began yet. I know in the past course the beginning is confusing but I soon found myself where I needed to be. I hope this is what happens with this current course.
