Loved it until recently – Rake - Job Search Simplified Review

I don’t usually write app reviews and felt this one was necessary. I have used this app and Chrome extension extensively. I’ve loved it. Can’t find anything to replace it. Recently, both the app and chrome extension haven’t been loading for me. I can’t log on to the website. I’ve emailed customer support multiple times without any response. I can get in to the app, however it is extremely difficult and time-consuming to get the saved jobs to display. I’ve struggled with this for the last 2 months at least. If anyone from Rake is reading this, I would truly appreciate help on this. Thank you.
