manual settings are now persistent! – Camera+: Pro Camera & Editor Review

In Camera+ the manual settings for focus, exposure and WB now no longer return to Auto when you go into the Light box. This lets you “pixel peek” an image, return to shooting mode and refine your settings. That was the only caveat I had about camera+ and the developers have fixed that with the new version.
