Google docs and google drive don’t transfer over? – Google Drive Review

I’ve been trying to edit a PDF from my google drive but haven’t been able to even see it in my docs app. I know I’ve edited before on my phone but now I can’t. And to make it worse, I can’t even download the documents ?‍♀️
