Cannot update company CC – Love's Connect Review

I used this app frequently UNTIL I my company CC expired. The app will not let me delete the OLD company CC not add the NEW company CC. I contacted support and they emailed me telling what to do but I don’t have the options to do it the way it’s described. Using the app to fuel is useless!
