App is broken – Sex, Scary, Life- Text Stories Review

Opened up app today and no stories in any of the categories. I upgraded and bought them all. I get a message saying connect to network, what network? This app is a waste of money. I reinstalled the app and now I am up against the 3 a day limit. I purchase the total package and it is gone. How do I restore it? I hit restore and nothing happens or works.
