Horrible customer service. – Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels Review

I understand that because I prepaid, I wouldn’t receive a refund. HOWEVER, I requested cancellation minutes after I had booked (before it was even confirmed via email) and still a week away from my checkin date. There should be some kind of grace period for this, things do happen! I reached out right away, and I never even got a response!!! The hotel was absolutely disgusting and because I booked through trip.com, I couldn’t not upgrade, or get a refund for the stay. BEWARE of using this service to book your next stay!!
